What We Do

Tragically, over 8,000 heroes take their own lives each year. We can work together to provide the support needed to give our heroes other options.

It’s time to help.

Join us as we walk to bring awareness to the suicide rates and the trauma suffered by our medical professionals, first responders, and veterans each day.

No one fights alone!

Our Mission

To assist those at highest risk of being exposed to trauma, with emphasis being on Veterans, Fire Fighters, Police Officers, Emergency Medical, First Responders, Doctors/ Nurses, and other professionals who have suffered trauma in their workplace, in gaining evidence based, self-administered techniques to process and heal from traumatic experiences; and therefore, decrease the risk of developing PTSD. By having a proactive stance towards healing from trauma, the expectation is that this will lower the suicide rate. Attention and assistance will also be provided to the community at large to develop increased awareness of the importance of developing a proactive stance in healing from traumatic experiences to which one may be exposed.
